Current List of Delinquent Properties Subject to Tax Sale
On Thursday, 11/21/24, the Carson City Board of Supervisors approved the "Notice of Sale" for the following properties during a public meeting and directed the Carson City Treasurer to sell the properties listed here for the outstanding property taxes, penalties, and other fees owed to Carson City. The Carson City Treasurer will conduct this tax deed sale by way of public auction on Wednesday, 4/23/25, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, using Bid4assets.
